DELIVERY POLICY & INFORMATION

Delivery Policy

All orders will be shipped after full payment is received. We will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item only for Defect Item or Wrong Item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that we are not bears postage fee for Sale item. We also DO NOT accept any return from Reject Item purchasing. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added into your refund.

 

Delivery Information

 All orders will be shipped after full payment is received. Delivery within WM and EM usually will takes about 3 to 7 working day(s). The estimated time of arrival for your parcel should be within a week depending on the nature of your order (local or overseas), the logistics partner and when your order was picked by them. However, it varies from time to time and it’s depending on the courier service in your area.
 

State and nationwide
We use DhL as our main courier service.

International
We use Aramex as our main courier service or other courier company upon written request.

 

Delivery Costs (by weight)

  • Cost for Peninsular Malaysia:

           The shipping costs will depend on weight of the products but the minimum cost for Peninsular Malaysia will be RM10 (minimum RM10)

  • Cost for East Malaysia:

           The shipping costs will depend on weight of the products but the minimum cost for East Malaysia will be RM20 (minimum RM20)


Delays, damaged or stolen during shipment

  • Shipping delays, please contact us in writing, so we can help resolve by contacting the shipping company.
  • Please notify us in writing with pictures and/or video if the products get damaged during shipping
  • Please notify us in writing if you believe the packages get stolen after delivery. We will file a claim with the shipper. The claim is subject to the shipper claim policy and procedures.
