PAYMENT, RETURN & REFUND
Payments
We accept payment via the following options:
- Buy Now Pay Later
- Credit Card / Debit Card.
- Online Banking - FPX (Maybank2U, Cimb Clicks, etc.)
- E-Wallets
Returns/Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition, with ORIGINAL TAGS attached and all ORIGINAL PACKAGING with all tags intact and other components included, when accompanied by an original receipt/invoice or gift receipt. We cannot accept returns that have been torn, soiled or damaged due to incorrect washing or use.
You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it. We allow to exchange of purchased items for selectable variants subject to our stock avaiablity. We will ship the replaced item (s) to you once the exchange request is approved.
If your exchanged item (s) is/are greater value than the original item, you will be charged for the price difference. However, if your exchanged item (s) is/are lesser value than the original item, no refunds will be credited for the difference. Exchanged colour is not allowed via online but can be done at The Bahaman outlets.
Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer banks policies.
